CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel or make a change to your appointment, please do so at least 12 hours beforehand or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment. Spray tanning requires preparation prior to the service, so cancellations less than 12 hours beforehand greatly impair our ability to book your now open time slot. We know life happens, so please call us as soon as possible to see if we can squeeze you in elsewhere! We’re happy to do it!

NO-SHOW

Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 100% of the service scheduled.

MALE CLIENTS

We require our male clients to wear some sort of bottom at all times. Ex: Boxers, briefs, shorts, speedos, thong, etc.

TRAVEL FEES

Mobile Service area includes: Tomball, Cypress, Magnolia, The Woodlands, and Spring. A travel fee will be added for any mobile visit more than 15 miles from 77375. Contact us for more details. We have the right to discount those travel fees when there are multiple tans in one location.

REFUNDS

All tans and tanning packages are non-refundable. If there is an issue with a tan, please contact us within 24 hours after your appointment for a one-time complimentary respray. A spray tan is 50% our application and 50% your preparation and aftercare. We guarantee a perfect spray when this information is followed!
